Sam Sadat did it again! He put together a Panel of investors who are making it happen in today's real estate market. The panel shared their California and out-of-state investment strategies and stories. They talked about adapting and thriving in the ever-changing market. They discussed their investment strategies and how they got involved in the world of Real Estate Investing. Most of the 5 member panel speakers started by utilizing the equity that they had on their own home. Some did individual investments while others did partnerships. A recommendation of creating an LLC for longterm investments. Where general partnerships were established for short-term investments, homes usually flipped. The Power of Partnership was emphasized by Iris Veneracion of Turnkey Wholesale Partnership. Glenn Wilson does Tax consulting as well as invests in real estate with by forming Limited Partnerships. He had also discussed different ways to file your taxes to lesson the likelihood of an audit. The final discussion lead the panel to comment on what they are doing to prepare for the future. They proceeded to talk about establishing a Business Plan, obtaining more education and self development. Overall this event was very postitive. The opportunity to network with other like minded individual investors took place before and after the panel discussion.
